Low & Non-Alcoholic Wine & Grape-Based Products
Pioneer Credential:
In 1999 — more than 25 years before the current global boom in non-alcoholic wine — Jonkheer developed South Africa’s first de-alcoholised wine, ‘Caprce’, using spinning cone vacuum distillation and reverse osmosis technologies. The Caprice Classic from this range was selected as the top non-alcoholic wine by Japan’s Panavac Corporation in 2003.
De-Alcoholised Wine
Full wine, crafted to a proper wine brief, then de-alcoholised using proven extraction technology. The result retains complexity and character with less than 0.5% ABV.
Preserved Grape Juice
Premium varietal grape juice and grape based concentrates, year-round supply. Suitable for direct consumption, blending, or as a base for non-alcoholic sparkling beverages.
Sparkling Grape Beverages
Innovative non-alcoholic sparkling products created from grape juice components, styled to match the experience of premium Cap Classique — without the alcohol.
